Spreadsheet available from our Customer Service Centre here.
Yellow Payroll will set up your company, capture the details of all your employees
and link them to the desired Tax criteria and transactions. From then on, completing
each payroll is no more than a few clicks away. We can also arrange for beneficiary
payment management via our integrated banking process. Employees are paid by direct
deposit to their desired banking accounts by the system.
1.5. Some of my employees require direct bank deposits but others
prefer a personal payout every pay period. Can you handle both groups?
Certainly. You have the option of offering your employees direct deposit. Or if
they prefer, set them to Cash or Cheque payment methods.
1.6. Do you take care of the entire payroll Tax Reports?
Yellow Payroll will with each payroll run calculate PAYE, UIF, SDL and all related
statutory liabilities and indicate monthly amounts due within the EMP201 report.
